What You’ll Do
Architect and build scalable, reliable systems that power critical features across the product
Lead technical design discussions and own key decisions on infrastructure and codebase evolution
Collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to translate user needs into robust solutions
Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, and performance
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help cultivate a culture of technical excellence
Identify technical debt and opportunities for long-term platform improvements
Balance speed and quality as you ship code that will be the foundation for future scale
Who You Are
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage environments
Track record of leading major projects or systems end-to-end
Deep knowledge of system architecture, API design, data modeling, and infrastructure choices
Experience working across the stack (frontend/backend) and with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach
Passionate about mentoring and growing engineering teams
Bonus: Experience with high-scale consumer apps, data-heavy systems, or ML infrastructure
