What You ’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
Identify customer pain points and tailor pitches to show real value
Work closely with the founder(s) and go-to-market team to refine messaging and sales playbooks
Manage pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools (Gong, Salesforce, etc.)
Gather insights from prospects and relay back to product and marketing
Collaborate with customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and great onboarding
Who You Are
2–5 years of sales experience, in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals
Excellent communicator and listener, you’re persuasive without being pushy
Strong business acumen and ability to translate product features into customer value
Self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
Bonus: You’ve helped build outbound sales systems or GTM strategy at an early-stage company
