What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing

  • Identify customer pain points and tailor pitches to show real value

  • Work closely with the founder(s) and go-to-market team to refine messaging and sales playbooks

  • Manage pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools (Gong, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Gather insights from prospects and relay back to product and marketing

  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and great onboarding

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, in B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals

  • Excellent communicator and listener, you’re persuasive without being pushy

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate product features into customer value

  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy

  • Bonus: You’ve helped build outbound sales systems or GTM strategy at an early-stage company
